At the heart of each of our investments is a strategy to build or buy a portfolio of real estate property buying

 

Scope of Services:

 

Maxell Service agrees to provide lead generation services to its clients, with the goal of delivering qualified, interested, and exclusive seller leads tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

Payment Terms:

 

1. Contract Fee: A one-time refundable fee of $789 USD is due upon execution of this Agreement.

2. Referral Fee: The Client agrees to pay Maxell Service a referral fee equal to 13% of the agent’s net commission (the final amount received after brokerage splits) for any real estate transaction sale, purchase, or lease resulting from a provided lead and closed within the active service term.
3.Contract Fee Payback: Upon the Client’s first successful transaction closing, the full $789 contract fee will be credited back to their account.
4. Hidden Charges: The Client will not incur any additional or undisclosed costs under this Agreement.

Lead Delivery Schedule:

 

1. The first qualified lead will be provided within 14 days from the effective date of this Agreement.

2. Maxell Service will deliver a total of 16 verified customers within a 180-day service period.

3. The lead will be shared via a secure Google Spreadsheet.

Client Responsibility:

 

To ensure effective results, the Client agrees to:

1. Promptly contact all provided leads and maintain consistent follow-up.

2. Communicate regularly with Maxell Service and provide feedback on lead quality and engagement outcomes.

 

Agreement Duration & Refund Policy:

 
1. Refund Policy: The Client may submit a written request for a refund within 30 days from the date of execution of this Agreement, solely in the event of non-fulfillment of lead delivery as specified in the Lead Delivery Schedule section. If deemed eligible, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the sign-up fee, which shall be processed within 60 business days from the date of the written request.
 
2.Refund & Dispute Eligibility: After the initial 30-day period, the Client will no longer be eligible to request a refund or initiate a dispute under this Agreement.
 

3..Agreement Validity: This Agreement shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of signing.

 

Support & Services Details:

 

1 Dedicated Support: Up to 10 hours daily throughout the service period.

2. Included Services: Delivery of 16 verified customers via a shared Google Spreadsheet.

3. Not Included: This Agreement does not include priority-based appointment scheduling, social media or Google Ads management, WhatsApp support, dedicated account manager access (via phone, email, or WhatsApp), real-time exclusive live transfers, lead call recordings, or monthly performance reporting.

 

Holiday Schedule:

Maxell Service observes all U.S. national holidays. Support may be paused on these days, and service timelines will be extended accordingly. Urgent requests received during holidays will be addressed on the next business day. Any additional time off will be communicated at least one week in advance to ensure seamless planning.

Confidentiality:

 
Both parties agree to treat all exchanged information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts.

Entire Agreement:

 

This document represents the entire understanding between Maxell Service and the Client and supersedes all prior verbal or written communications, proposals, or agreements relating to these services.

In Witness Whereof:

 

Both parties acknowledge and accept these terms by executing this Agreement on the date first written above.
